Italian Cheese Pasta

This is is a great recipe for having lots of leftovers, and the pasta is so cheesy and satisfying when you let it sit and thicken up for a while!

Ingredients:

☆ 1 box of rotini pasta

☆ 8 tbsp salted butter

☆ 6 cloves minced garlic

☆ 4 cups heavy cream

☆ Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika - TO TASTE! Add as much of each as you want and experiment.

☆ 1 cup Parmesan cheese

☆ 2 cup Cheddar cheese, Mozzarella cheese

☆ 5-7 cut-up cubes Velveeta

Directions:

☆ Step 1: Shred your cheeses. If you have a rotary grater, use that! Grating cheese is super painful for me so I prefer to use accessibility tools like that.

☆ Step 2: Cook your pasta in salted water, al dente. It'll cook the rest of the way when you stir it in with the cheese mixture! Also, be sure to save a cup of cooked pasta water before you get rid of said water!

☆ Step 3: Melt your butter in a pan and add the minced garlic. Cook this mixture for a minute, add your seasonings.

☆ Step 4: Turn down the heat and add your cheeses. Mix everything together, add more seasonings as you taste, let all the cheese melt.

☆ Step 5: Stir in your cooked pasta and pasta water. Getting everything to blend together nicely will involve some mixing.

☆ Step 6: Let the cheese sauce thicken up, it'll be so much better if it's not watery.

☆ Step 7: Enjoy!!! ^ q ^

Holy shit this pasta is so filling but so good! And these proportions will make you leftovers for days.
